The west building has breathtaking views of the daily boat parade going north and south on the Intracoastal Waterway. There are 9 floors, 8 units per floor and 4 units on the penthouse floor.

The east building of Le Baron is extremely desirable for the person who wants direct, unobstructed views of the gorgeous ocean. This building has 9 floors as well but has 11 units per floor and 4 Penthouse units.

Le Baron is perfectly situated just a mile and a half north of the Hillsboro Inlet for a quick trip out to sea. Also, just up the street you can enjoy the great restaurants and live music along the award winning Deerfield Beach. The Deerfield pier and bait shop is open 24/7 for the avid fishermen.
